Summer Sabbatical

when Legacy church started the elders desired to give our Pastoral team a sabbatical during the 7th year of ministry leadership.

Pastor Neil Lamm is taking a planned sabbatical from July to September.

  • What is a sabbatical?

A season of Sabbath days for rest, renewal, and soul care, often ranging from three to six months.

  • Why a sabbatical this summer?

This is the right time for his family along with less church activities in the summer.

  • What is NOT a sabbatical?

Essentially, it is not substituting one type of work for another, which includes not preaching at another church, not writing a book, etc.

  • What are some sabbatical activities?

An extended getaway as a family with plenty of rejuvenation and adventurous memories.

Please pray for rest and renewal as I abide in Jesus and spend extra time with Bri and the kids. You can use the schedule to help guide your prayer, too!” -Pastor Neil
